No, we collect payment up front. However, if you‘re not 100% satisified, just let us know in the first 30-days for a full refund.
With each user you pay for, your team may connect one additional mail account. So you might choose to pay for 3 users but only have 1 person on your team so that you can connect 3 mail accounts.
Yes. Plans are based on monthly or yearly billing and as long as you cancel your plan before its renewal date you won‘t be charged again (unless you have outstanding charges such as pending prorated costs from changing your subscription).
Maildaddy works with Gmail, G Suite, Office 365, most Outlook and Exchange accounts, and most any email address that supports SMTP and IMAP connections.
Yes! We recommend having your client create their own team so they are the billed party and add you as a user on their team. You can belong to as many teams as you like and it‘s easy to switch between teams. Unless you have your own team, you will not be billed.
Your costs will be prorated, so you will either have a pending charge or credit on your account.
